LEGOLAND Discovery Center Review ~ Somerville, MA

Gabrian and I were recently invited to "The LEGO Movie 4D A New Adventure" at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Somerville, MA. It was a Friday night  and we made a mad dash down to Boston to get to the event. It surprisingly wasn't too bad with the traffic and we made it there in just under 2 hours.

I was excited before we even got inside. People, they have free parking! That is unheard of in the Boston area. This area seemed to be part outlet mall, part restaurants, part apartments, and part LEGOLAND. Definitely an are worth checking out in the future. Once inside we were guided in to the event and were shown where to wait for the movie. We made a pit stop in the bathroom (be prepared for a million bathroom pictures, this may be the most amazing bathroom I have ever seen).

After living it up in the bathroom, we were ready for the movie.

If you or your child was a fan of the LEGO Movie, you are going to love this one. It was funny, engaging, and 4D (which equals amazing). I don't want to give anything away but be ready to laugh your head off and leaving slightly wet.
We were treated to some swag after the movie. I could really get used to this Blogger Lifestyle.

After the movie we headed out to explore this awesome place.

We got to visit with Emmett.

Took a spin on Merlin's Apprentice.

Got to practice Gabrian's Ninja skills.

Sang a little Karaoke.

Made some fake food in the plastic kitchen.
Checked the time.

Burnt some energy in the amazing jungle gym.

Had some racing action.

We finished off our evening, being absolutely amazed by the city built out of LEGOS.

Overall, we absolutely loved our time at LEGOLAND Discovery Center and can't wait to get back there. If you would like to try them out for yourself, they are located at 598 Assembly Row, Somerville, MA (this is the GPS address that will get you to the free parking garage).
