Chili's Restaurant Review - South Portland, Maine

We knew for Easter this year there was no way that we were going to feel up to cooking dinner. After traveling for about 24 hours to get home from Chile, we needed to find someplace to cook dinner for us. My Mom and I had both acquired $25 Gift Cards for Chili's so that became our deciding factor on where to go.

We headed out around 2 for a late lunch. We were seated right away and it wasn't long before we placed our drink orders along with an order for Chips and Salsa (an absolute must every time we go there). While we were perusing the menu, our drinks and chips came out.

$5 Margarita's

Kid's Chocolate Milk

Mugs of Diet Coke and Water

Gabrian had fun putting his meal together with the kid's menu. He loves having choices and this menu gave it to him.

After a few minutes of discussion we were ready to place our orders. It appeared they were running on a skeleton crew but our waiter did a great job making sure we were taken care of.

Gabrian spent most of our dinner on this miracle. For $1.99, we had access to unlimited games and I was able to have a relaxing Easter dinner.

A little time passed and our Onion Rings came out (please excuse that there were only 2 rings left...I forgot to take a picture before we had dug in). My Mom and I got the 2 for $20 deal that gave us two entrees and an appetizer (a pretty sweet deal!).

They were super delicious with the right amount of a spicy kick. I loved the homemade ranch dressing that comes with it.

Riley went with the Smokehouse Burger. I am going to assume it was super delicious because he ate it before I got the ketchup onto my burger.

Mom went with the Pork Fajitas. She loved these! She found them very flavorful and had fun with all the condiments that were included.

Gabrian chose the Kid's Corn Dog and Corn on the Cob. Who wouldn't love this combination. When I wasn't looking, Riley stole bites of the Corn on the Cob (it's the perks of being an older brother).

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger. It was perfectly cooked for me (medium well) and wonderfully juicy. I love their pickles. They are super spicy but great on the burger. I got a side of the ranch to go with the fries.

This was not a typical Easter Meal but was just right for our family after a day of traveling. If you would like to try Chili's out for yourself, they are located at 465 Maine Mall Road, South Portland, Maine.
