Saturday Weigh In

I am finally back with my Weigh In. This is actually my fourth week weighing in and sending an email picture to my Mom. I weighed in at 333, 331, 329.4, and this week at 326.4.

This is the first week where I stepped up my game and started eating about every two hours. There is definitely still tweaking to do (isn't there always??) but I was pleased with my progress and results. I need to choose healthier at times, add more water into the mix, and definitely increase the exercise.

Overall I feel like this is a good start back to where I was a couple of months ago. I look forward to getting back to 317 so I can start losing new weight!
