I survived a whole week of Weight Watchers! I stayed on plan (mostly) and was rewarded for my hard work. I lost 2.9 lbs. and I am down to 321 lbs.
The beginning of the week was very rocky for me. I struggled with keeping on track and burned through a large amount of my weekly points. I was choosing high point items that just were not keeping me full. I strategized for my weekly shopping trip so that I could eat every 2 hours (at least during the week).
The weekend went ok but a little tricky because I didn't have very many weekly points to work with. Today was my first day eating every two hours. It made my day go by much easier. I never ate a large meal but I never got very hungry.
I have been able to finish out the week without going over my points. Fingers crossed that this new week goes easier!
